Regarding Errors After the v3.8.4 Update

Greetings from Com2uS!


We’d like to inform you about the errors that occurred after the v3.8.4 update.

Please read below for more info.

1) Rune Default Grade Display during Rune Reappraisal

- An error of the default grade of Runes below +12 not being displayed properly is being experienced.

: The error will be resolved with the next version update and we will try our best to resolve the error as soon as possible.


- An error of the Rune’s default grade being changed when converting Runes is being experienced.

: We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused due to this issue. We’ll proceed with a patch to resolve this error.


2) An error of Season 5 rewards being sent to some users who didn’t complete Placement Battles during Season 4 or collect Season 4 rewards is being experienced.

: We’ll retrieve Season 5 rewards that were sent incorrectly and re-send Season 4 rewards to the Inbox of those who received incorrect rewards.

We’ll also retrieve rewards that were incorrectly sent to those who didn’t complete Placement Battles during Season 4.

An urgent patch will be released to resolve above errors.

The patch update won’t take any additional time but you may be moved to title screen if the patch begins while you’re playing.


Please make sure to come back to the village before the patch begins to safely save your game data, and please refer to below for the patch schedule.

Additional download will proceed when you access the game after the designated time below.

▼ Additional Resource Download Details

- A display error in the default grade of some Runes that have been converted will be resolved.

- An error of the World Arena Season Reward being sent incorrectly will be resolved.
