Please see below for more info on the issues that were experienced in the game after the v1.5.2 update.
> Error Details
1. An error where the Android users couldn’t access the game during Aug. 10th 1am – 1:38am PDT
- Please note that this issue has been resolved and users can access the game properly.
2. An error where the purchase bonus rewards not being sent to the users during Aug. 10th 1am – 1:25am PDT
- Please note that this issue also has been resolved, and the bonus rewards that were not given during that time will be sent to the Inbox by Aug. 10th.
3. A screen touch error in the game
- This error occurs when you have a blue light block app or any other apps that perform the similar function.
- You can resolve this issue by closing such apps first and then accessing the game.
4. An error where the Hero Level-up is not being applied properly
- You may be able to see effects of the Hero acquiring EXP or leveling properly when the Hero isn't actually being leveled up properly in the game. (Please note that the reward and EXP is being given out properly.)
- Please restart the game to resolve this issue.
These issues will be resolved via next update, and we will notify with another notice as soon as the issues have been resolved.
